QRSE was founded in 2013. In 2018, with just two employees, we got our first contract with the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit and haven’t looked back. We have grown to over 20 employees and look forward to continued growth and prosperity for our employees and clients. We are a company that provides Quality Results and Skillful Service while appreciating employees’ and clients’ needs.

QRSE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING SERIES FOR LEADERSHIP, TEAMBUILDING AND CULTURE CHANGE

Everything DiSC Training Programs:

1. DiSC Workplace

Everything DiSC Workplace helps participants understand themselves and others, while learning to appreciate different priorities, preferences, and values that each individual brings to the workplace.  With personalized insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to adapt their behavior to the behavior style of others. 

2. DiSC Agile EQ

This program helps learners read emotional and interpersonal situations and respond accordingly. Learners will discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and how to adapt their actions when they are outside their comfort zone.

3. DiSC Productive Conflict

This training teaches participants techniques to improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors.  It helps learners identify and reframe unhealthy thoughts so they can curb destructive behaviors.  This in turn allows people involved in conflict to become more productive, and ultimately improving workplace results and relationships. 

4. DiSC Work of Leaders

The focus of this training is to teach participants tangible steps directed at leading a group or organization toward a desired outcome. Good leadership skills can be difficult to learn because they are behavioral in nature.  The DiSC Work of Leaders program focuses on providing context-specific best-practices to develop each individual’s leadership skills.    

 

5. DiSC Management

This program is geared toward building stronger one-to-one relationships between a manager and individual staff members.  The program teaches how to observe behaviors in colleagues, employees and customers to recognize their DiSC styles and how a manager can adapt their behavior to be more effective in dealing with various situations.  The concentration is on directing, delegating, motivating and developing the people a manager is responsible for.

6. Motivating By Appreciation:

All individuals in the workplace need to feel appreciated to enjoy their job, do their best work, have positive work relationships and to stay with their organization long-term.  This training helps learners understand their own personal appreciation style, as well as their coworkers’ style.  Once everyone understands the appreciation style of each other, individuals can properly express their appreciation in the manner that is most meaningful to the recipient.  With just a few committed coworkers, this can bring a positive shift in the work environment for the whole group.

7. The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team:

This training combines the power of the Everything DiSC behavioral style system with the influential teambuilding model introduced by Patrick Lencioni in his best-selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.  The program helps team members learn how to work together better to become more effective and engaged.  It has the flexibility to be used with already established teams or with individual learners.
